Undergo Training
Participants undergo 5 days of technical training in Artificial Intelligence or DataComm and another 5 days soft skills training in Communication Presentation.
Attend Interview
After successfully passing the Huawei's technical exams, participants will undergo interview sessions with Huawei Technologies.
Get Employed
Successful interviewed candidates will be offered to join the global team of Huawei Technologies.
About HCIAP
Under the Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi Career Advancement Program (KPT-CAP), the Huawei Certified ICT Associate 2021 (HCIA) is a PENJANA backed program that is designed for graduates from 20 public universities throughout related engineering and science faculties. This programme, comprising of Hard Skills ICT Training by Huawei and Soft Skills Graduate Employability Training will be able to reduce the communication gap and increase opportunity access between employers and job seekers to facilitate marketability of graduates.
